As a member of Equidata, you are entitled to receive a copy
of your credit report and score once every three months. Additionally,
you will receive daily credit monitoring once you request your
first report and score. Your credit report and score are viewable
online, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for up to 3 months and
can be easily printed for your records.
Your credit report is generated from your credit file with one
or more of the three national CRA’s, Equifax, Experian
and TransUnion. Your credit report is retrieved and presented
by Equidata, an approved direct-to-consumer reseller by all
three national CRA’s.
Your credit score is generated from information contained within
your Equifax, Experian and/or TransUnion report using a consumer
scoring model, CreditXpert™, developed by Neuristics.
Credit monitoring is provided by Experian and all reported activity
is uploaded to your online account on a daily basis. Additionally,
you will receive an email informing you if a change to your
credit file has been reported due to credit monitoring.
In the event that you incorrectly answer the out-of-wallet security
questions, you will be provided with a toll-free telephone number
to call in order to gain online access to your credit report,
score, and monitoring results.
By submitting the required elements on the Equidata order page,
we are, on your behalf, processing your request and are immediately
charged by the national CRAs. Therefore, we have a NO REFUND
policy, but should you experience difficulty viewing your report,
score, or monitoring results online, please contact our customer
